About Me

This is what I want you to know about working with me:
It’s an absolute privilege to step into your inner world, to sit alongside you as you begin to make sense of the things that have happened, or the things that should have happened but didn’t.

So often, we learn to push feelings aside sometimes it’s the only way to get through. But eventually, those feelings show up again. Sometimes the form of anxiety, stuckness, numbness, burnout, or a quiet sense that something isn’t right.

I offer a space where none of that needs to be filtered or fixed. Just met. Carefully, honestly,

And I don’t leave parts of myself at the door either. I’ll bring the real me into the room in the hope that over time, you’ll feel safe enough to bring the real you too.

I’m a warm, straightforward therapist working from a person-centred, trauma-informed approach. I won’t push you, analyse you from a distance, or pretend to have all the answers. What I can offer is consistent presence, deep listening, and a relationship where what you feel starts to make more sense.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). Regular clinical supervision supports my practice. I’m a life long learner both personally and professionally and continue to expand my knowledge regularly.
